ECOPA was founded by Michael Minter in January 2010. Michael has a master's degree in Public Administration and more than ten years experience in analysis, strategy, project management, public affairs and communication on environmental issues and sustainable development. He has previously worked as EU policy officer in the Danish Society for Nature Conservation, as board member of the European Environmental Bureau (EEB) and as communications advisor for several major public and private clients in the public relations agency Operate.
